We have many affordable classes in Aikido. Every class is geared toward learning the traditions and cultures, as well as learning self defense techniques and practical applications -- all taught with a "Safety First" mentality.

Children (ages 6-12)

Our " Hayward Martial Arts Kids" program consists of a combination of the basics in Aikido and Kenpo. Our Kids Martial Arts program encourage a positive attitude while training in a fun and safe atmosphere. Children will gain better self awareness, confidence, discipline and respect for others through martial arts.

We are currently working on a self-defense curriculum that will deal with your individual needs and questions. In these sessions, you will learn an effective, practical and powerful self-defense system. We have self-defense specifically for women. Finally, we are also proud to offer private instructions for all Marital Artist's where you will receive customized one-on-one instruction and guidance. Our school is located in between A Street and B Street (accessible from both)in Downtown Hayward, California. We are behind the Bank of the West and Buffalo Bill's Restaurant, located adjacent to Fink's Bakery. We are withing easy walking distance of BART, and easily accessible to Hwy 580 and Hwy 880.
